About Jessica
I specialize in mindfulness and CBT, providing psychoeducation to help clients make sense of the therapeutic process and set clear goals. I love working with young adults, individuals grappling with substance abuse and alcohol use disorders, the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating depression and anxiety.
I also focus on helping clients who struggle with relationships with themselves and others, guiding them in building healthier boundaries—because saying “no” can be just as empowering as saying “yes”. Through CBT, we’ll focus on identifying and changing belief systems, behaviors, and thought patterns that have overstayed their welcome. I strive to foster a safe and supportive environment for open discussions and goal-oriented work, all while maintaining a trauma-informed approach.
