Sometimes our own minds can feel like the worst place to be. Having non stop thoughts with a constant feeling of never having a break from yourself can be absolutely exhausting. If you have ever felt this way, I can’t emphasize enough that you are NOT alone. Sometimes our minds can feel like our biggest bullies, and it’s my goal to provide you with the tools and confidence to manage and stand up to your thoughts.

I am a passionate believer in a holistic and collaborative wellness approach where we work together to conquer any concerns you have in a nonjudgmental and empathetic way. It’s human nature to have intrusive thoughts at times that make us go, “what was that!?” and that’s OKAY. It is essential to me that our sessions are a safe space for you to release and discuss these so we can get you to where you want to be.

Overall, my counseling approach is unique to each individual using evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I am knowledgeable in depression and life transitions, and specialize in treating OCD and anxiety. I have extensive and intensive training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for treating OCD. I customize this model to each individual I work with, because therapy isn’t one size fits all, and we all are starting somewhere different.

Genuinely, I am looking forward to working with you and helping you reach and crush your goals. I know sometimes it feels like it isn’t possible, but let’s just take that first step together.
