About Courtney

Hello! My name is Courtney and I am a licensed social worker with experience working with people of all ages. I consider my approach to treatment to be strengths-based, neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and holistic. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to meet the needs of each individual I am working with, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. I have completed extensive training in Exposure and Response Prevention, and specialize in treating OCD and anxiety disorders.

In addition to private practice, my experience includes providing in-home services to children and teens diagnosed with severe mental illness, and working with people struggling with substance abuse. My work in this field has prepared me to work with you or your child on various issues such as OCD, anxiety, depression, autism, ADHD, behavioral concerns, social skills, self-esteem & navigating daily life.
