JWB Wellness Therapy is a group practice founded on the belief that healing is possible when therapy is thoughtful, authentic, and tailored to the individual. We are a team of licensed clinicians committed to providing exceptional mental health care through a balance of evidence-based treatments and holistic approaches.

Our practice was founded by Jennifer Wilson Brent, LCSW, whose central mission is to help individuals reconnect with their inner strength and heal from within. Jennifer specializes in OCD and anxiety treatment using exposure and response prevention (ERP), and she leads a team of skilled therapists who each bring their own areas of expertise and passion to the work.

Our Approach

We take an eclectic, person-centered approach to therapy, combining modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with complementary methods such as mindfulness, energy psychology, and strength-based coaching. This flexibility allows us to meet each client where they are and help them move toward lasting growth.
