I believe therapy should be collaborative and I strive to support clients in reaching their life worth living goals and find their path to healing. I approach therapy using an anti-oppressive, trauma informed, and strengths-based lens. I have completed intensive training in DBT and DBT Prolonged Exposure for PTSD. I also have a strong background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family Based Therapy.
During my free time, I volunteer with Project HEAL and the National Alliance on Mental Illness, two organizations dedicated to supporting people with eating disorders, mood disorders, and suicidal ideation.
