About Jessica
I’m a trauma-informed therapist who works primarily with young adults, teens, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community. I support clients experiencing OCD and anxiety through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and help those navigating burnout, relationship challenges, and generalized anxiety or depression. I also work with clients who feel disconnected from themselves or others, guiding them in strengthening self-worth and developing healthier relational dynamics. Using mindfulness and CBT, I work collaboratively to shift unhelpful belief systems and guide clients toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
Before transitioning into private practice, I spent five years working as a substance abuse clinician. I bring warmth, humor, and realness into my sessions—alongside evidence-based practices. During telehealth sessions, you might even catch a glimpse of one of my four cats making a cameo.
