Rates

Private pay rate ranges from $85 – $105 depending on which one of our therapists you work with.

Insurance

We accept the following insurance:

– Anthem/BCBS
– Aetna
– 1199
– United Health Care (Optum)
– Cigna
– Oscar Health
– Northwell Direct
– We can work with NYSHIP and EmblemHealth using out of network benefits

At this time we are only in-network with commercial plans and do not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Payment

We only accept payment via credit card at this time. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of $50 will be charged for any session canceled without 48 hours notice. The full fee associated with the session will be charged for any sessions missed without prior notice.
