Rates

Private pay rate ranges from $85 – $105 depending on which one of our therapists you work with.

Insurance

We accept the following insurance:

– Anthem/BCBS
– Aetna
– 1199
– United Health Care (Optum)
– Cigna
– Northwell Direct
– Emblem NYCE
– Medicare
– We can bill NYSHIP using out of network benefits

Please note, we are only in-network with commerical plans listed above & we are unable to accept Medicaid plans at this time.

Additionally, some providers in the practice are unable to take United Healthcare/ Optum plans and Medicare.

Our intake coordinator will confirm in-network status with your insurance company and provide the cost to you prior to scheduling an intake session.

Payment

We only accept payment via credit card at this time. A valid credit card is required to be kept on file.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of $50 will be charged for any session canceled without 48 hours notice. The full fee associated with the session will be charged for any sessions missed without prior notice.
